Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Lettering Box, please read this policy carefully.


1     How do I file for a refund?

1.1    You can contact customer service to help you through the process.

1.2    You can file direct through the claim center.


2     How long do I have to request a refund?

2.1    The timeline will depend on the reason you are requesting a refund. See #3 for details.


3     What is eligible for a refund?

3.1    Subscription cancellation before new box cycle. (Active accounts only, contact customer service to request refund before cancelling account)

3.2    Did not want to renew box. Contact customer service within 5 days of billed renewal.

3.3    Duplicate subscription orders. ( No time limit)
